Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges

We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Damages and issues 

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at hello@showbagshop.com.au with your order number, description of the issue and photos. We will replace any defective / damaged items and of course, organise the right product to be sent to you if you've received the wrong item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
